Global Career Access Training Institute joins the Divine Mercy Open Basketball Tournament. Members of the team are composed of selected GCATI students, faculty and employees. This aims to promote health, camaraderie, as well as sportsmanship among them.

Last Sunday, March 6, 2011, a parade was held to mark the start of the tournament. The parade started at 7AM at the Divine Mercy Basketball Court and takes its tour around Divine Mercy Subdivision. Eight (8) teams, including GCATI’s joined the parade headed by Ms. Jacquilyn Ramiro, an International Hospitality Services student, as the muse and Mr. Gringo Ursua as the Captain Ball.

The tournament follows a single round-robin schedule wherein each participant plays every other participant once and this is expected to end and have its championship game on May 01. 2011
